🎯 About the Internship

Together with our management team, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including researching non-profits, supporting organizations in volunteer matching, and taking on special projects in collaboration with our country manager. This is a chance to participate actively in our expansion and impact initiatives.

• Work directly with the management team on local rollout strategies.
• Identify and engage with non-profits interested in joining our network.
• Assist organizations in finding suitable volunteers for their projects.
• Undertake special projects directly with our country manager.
• Support various tasks like copywriting and website enhancements.

🎒 About You

We are seeking someone who is a problem-solver, detail-oriented, creative, driven, and capable of thinking outside the box. You should be proactive and ready to take initiative.

• Fluent in German and ideally with a deep understanding of German culture.
• A background in business-focused studies, with a bonus for knowledge in Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Research & Validation, etc.
• A committed and friendly team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Detail-oriented with systematic work methods.
• Quick learner in various online programs and tools.
• Strong communication skills and an inquisitive mind.

👀 Internship Details

Flexible starting dates available for a minimum duration of 4 months with a commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week. The internship will take place in our office in Utrecht.
