Lepaya is a training company with the mission to make employees happier. We want to offer high-quality training programs to our clients that fits their exact needs. Together with the Strategic Account Manager (SAM), you will be responsible for strengthening our existing client relations and delivering the best Lepaya learning solution. What does the client want? What kind of modules would fit best to meet that need? What kind of trainers are a perfect match with the client & audience? How can we best motivate employees to attend the classroom session and be prepared? How do we best keep the client happy throughout the whole Lepaya experience? We need you to help answer all these questions and to implement them to create the best possible Lepaya experience.
