👥 HR Recruitment Internship at the R&S Team

As an HR Recruitment Intern, you’ll actively help find the right candidates for direct placement at Manpower’s clients. You’ll be paired with a dedicated buddy to coach and guide you throughout your internship. There’s even a commercial twist—think client contact and recruitment strategy discussions.

📝 What will you be doing?

• Actively sourcing and reaching out to candidates (including cold acquisition)
• Screening candidates and conducting intake interviews
• Writing and sending candidate proposals to clients
• Being the point of contact for clients and discussing recruitment strategies with them
• Visiting clients (optional)
• Carrying out administrative tasks

🔍 What they’re looking for

• You’re currently pursuing a HBO/WO degree in HR, Business, Commercial Economics or a related field
• Available for 40 hours per week
• You’re commercially minded and motivated by targets
• You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working with people
• Available to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Diemen or Utrecht
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
