🎓 Talent Acquisition Intern at Harnham

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, most of your responsibilities will focus on finding and engaging with entry-level and experienced recruiters. You will play a key role in helping us identify, screen, and engage potential candidates, contributing to our goal of remaining the market leader in Data & Analytics recruitment in the Netherlands. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment.

📝 Your responsibilities

• Using LinkedIn and job boards to find and attract talent.
• Employing creative sourcing techniques to uncover potential candidates who may not be actively seeking employment.
• Creating content for social media to reach a target audience and attract active talent.
• Conducting comprehensive phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and motivation.
• Shadowing experienced team members to gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Assisting in optimizing and documenting recruitment processes.

🔍 What we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled in a HBO/WO degree.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with candidates.
• Detail-oriented, proactive mindset, and a strong work ethic.
• Passion for HR/Talent Acquisition.
