Internship in Licensing, Business Affairs, and A&R Full Time Internship

We are looking for a creative all-rounder with a passion for music rights, sync licensing and artist research to join the Sizzer team as a Music Licensing, Business Affairs, and A&R Intern. 💼 About The Role

As a Music Licensing, Business Affairs, and A&R Intern, you will be supporting Sizzer’s Head of Research & Business Affairs in ongoing projects.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting negotiations in sync licensing deals with publishing and label representatives
• Assisting with drafting and processing paperwork with composers and rightsholders
• Artist research
• Upkeep and development of the A&R talent database
• Rights management support
• Performance and neighbouring rights admin

📝 Who You Are

• You are available 3 to 4 days a week
• You are pursuing a relevant MBO or HBO degree, for example in IP Law, Media Studies, Musicology or a similar field
• You have at least a basic understanding of music rights
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken
• You are creative, precise and detail-oriented
• You are proactive and eager to learn
• You have a passion for music and advertising
