💼 Junior Business Development Representative – UK&I

This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to start a career in software sales or M&A. You’ll develop core sales, prospecting, and qualification skills through hands-on experience and structured coaching.

As a key part of the sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects in the UK&I market, qualifying leads, generating interest, and booking demos for the New Business team. The role places real emphasis on your personal and professional development, setting you up for a long-term career at Dealsuite.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for UK&I prospects, qualifying inbound leads and proactively reaching out to new ones
• Identify client needs, generate interest, and drive pipeline by booking demos for the New Business team
• Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a consistent lead flow and stay up to date on trends in corporate finance and M&A
• Build a solid understanding of our platform and the UK&I M&A landscape, as a stepping stone toward senior sales roles

🧑‍💼 Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• Genuine interest in M&A, corporate finance, and a strong ambition to build a career in sales
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn; prior experience in a sales or client-facing role (internship or part-time) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships
• Native or near-native English speaker; additional languages are a plus
