🌱 Who are we?

At Dayrize, we’re on a mission for everyone to *Buy good​* by reframing sustainability; making it easy, fun, joyful and accessible. Dayrize.com is an online marketplace that makes it easy to use your buying power to shop for goods… that do good. We sell thousands of amazing products that are assessed by us and given a Dayrize Score. We use a set of metrics that evaluate the degree to which a product can be considered sustainable, regenerative, and circular. All that is a fancy way to say we find you the stuff you love that happens to be good for the planet too.

We’re an international bunch (around 30 people), wanting to make a difference in this world. 💼 The internship

• In this role you will work together with our HR Manager and/or CEO
• Helping with setting up and optimizing HR processes, such as contracting, payroll and onboarding
• Working on recruiting new Dayrizers and recruitment strategy
• Implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve our recruitment process
• Need to write a thesis or do research? No problem! Together we will find the perfect research subject.

• Are doing a study that’s relevant to the internship
• Are eager and a fast learner
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have good time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Are a fluent English speaker and writer
• Have an above average interest in sustainability
• Are fun to work with and bring in positive energy
• Want to work and learn in a mission driven and dynamic international start-up environment
