🧬 About Avantor

Avantor in Tilburg makes high-tech assemblies for the pharmaceutical industry. These assemblies are assemblies of bags, filters, clamps, couplings, etc. Which are used, for example, to produce the COVID vaccine. Our production is order-driven. This means that we produce according to the customer’s specification (Production to Order), which makes each product order specific.

🤩 The Challenge

You will work on a specific project for mapping our Engineering Processes.

Within the scope, we will explain to you our standard operating procedures of us and create a draft mapping of the processes together. Then we will expect you to finalize the mapping and create SOP documents both for Systems and SU Engineering Structure.

Then, in the second phase, we will expect the student to go over our standard documentation, perform little fixes and finalize draft documents to the final shape. Creating follow-up lists, following KPIs, physical placement of measurement equipment and experiment components, writing procedures and protocols, creating process maps.

You will work closely with Supervisors & Engineers and have periodic review meetings as well as common workshops.

✅ Who we are looking for

• Good command of the Dutch / English language is important
• You are following a college or university study
• You have good communication skills
• You have an affinity with engineering and processes in general.
