🧑‍💼 HR Recruitment Working Student

In this role, you’ll work closely with our international HR team to evaluate and enhance our recruitment processes. Your work will directly contribute to making our hiring practices more inclusive, up-to-date, and aligned with SHV Energy’s core values.

🔍 Your Responsibilities

• Analyze the current recruitment process and identify potential gaps or biases
• Develop recommendations for improvement based on industry best practices
• Create a clear and practical implementation plan for your proposed changes

📝 What We Expect from You

• You are currently pursuing an HBO/WO degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• You are in the final phase of your studies and looking for a relevant part-time role
• You are passionate about recruitment and creating inclusive work environments
• You work independently, are detail-oriented, and proactive in sharing ideas
• You have strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
