We are currently looking for a Communication Intern to join our office in Amsterdam.

🌳 About Impact Institute

Our mission at the Impact Institute is to empower organizations and individuals to realize the impact economy by creating a common language for impact and developing the tools to use it in practice. We develop open-source standards for impact measurement and valuation and provide organizations with tools, training, and services to implement these standards.

🚀 The Challenge

As Communication Intern you will support the marketing and communication team with internal and external communication:

• Update and maintain the company websites
• Update and maintain the social media presence, by supporting different areas of the business with content marketing
• Assist in planning, writing, and managing our newsletters
• Event organization and management

• HBO/University (bachelor required)
• Relevant background (coursework in marketing, communications, community management)
• Affinity with sustainable development, business consulting , and communications
• Ability to work hard in a professional setting
• An ambitious person with a drive to improve the world
• Creative, independent, accurate, results-oriented, and problem solver
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to write in English at an academic level. Dutch fluency is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

• A compensation of €350 per month and commuting costs up to €275 per month for Interns with a completed Bachelor’s Degree, based on a full-time internship
• A compensation of €550 per month and commuting costs up to €275 per month for Interns with a completed Masters’s Degree, based on a full-time internship
• Active coaching and supervision
