We deliver industry experts through technology, which is essentially automated custom sourcing technology to find the best matching experts for our clients: globally, and with an unmatched, intuïtive user experience. We compete with traditional ‘expert networks’, which are still low-tech and resource-heavy in manual sourcing and setting up matches between clients and experts.

🏆 About the position

This internship position is a cross-functional role, where you’ll be our ‘Business Development Champ’ making sure our clients are served with the best industry experts matching their needs. In this respect, our automated technology is doing most of the work, however your ‘smart brain’ is needed to closely monitor quality going in, and going out.

Some of the tasks you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be the point of contact to clients. So be ready to call and email senior decision-makers from Fortune500 companies, private equity firms, hedge funds and strategy consulting professionals to follow up on their questions, to get their feedback and give support when they need it. Trust us, you’ve never experienced exposure to these top-league clients ever before.
• You’ll be responsible for ‘expert searches’ made by clients and do what it takes to ensure we and our technology delivers.
• You are reviewing C-level expert profiles who sign-up as members to our network and follow up on questions from experts if they have any.
• You are a trouble shooter and keep your senses open for product improvement points from client and expert feedback.

As part of the initial startup team you’ll work closely with the founders and product development, sales and marketing team and you will be exposed to all aspects of the business.

🎯 This is you

• You are in your final year, or recently completed your study with an orientation in Business/Economics
• You have a structured approach to matters and are analytical in nature
• You have a “shark” mentality putting your teeth in every task you get
• You are a multi-tasker with eye for detail
• You roll up your sleeves and get to it. When you get stuck you are not afraid to ask questions, and take guidance to learn
• You know how to tell a good joke :). We work extremely hard, so we need fun, jokes and people we love to work with!
• Very important: you are fluent in English in word and mouth (our daily office language is English and so is our platform and all our communication)
• You have a commercial mindset and enjoy the thrill of success
• You are a quick learner using new tools and technologies
• Last but not least: You’re highly passionate about startups and technology!
