🌱 Who are we?

At Dayrize, we’re on a mission for everyone to *Buy good​* by reframing sustainability; making it easy, fun, joyful and accessible. Dayrize.com is an online marketplace that makes it easy to use your buying power to shop for goods… that do good. We sell thousands of amazing products that are assessed by us and given a Dayrize Score. We use a set of metrics that evaluate the degree to which a product can be considered sustainable, regenerative, and circular. All that is a fancy way to say we find you the stuff you love that happens to be good for the planet too.

We’re an international bunch (around 30 people), wanting to make a difference in this world. 💼 The internship

We have two internships available at the e-commerce department.

CRM focus:

• In this role you will work together with our Ecommerce Manager
• Analyse customer data and ecommerce data to determine important triggers for our customers
• Determine the top 5 most important triggers and design communication flows for these triggers (e.g. abandoned baskets, new customers, birthday, thank you, etc.)
• Determine how to stay relevant in the automated communication (what message, what channel, and based on what data can we personalise?) to improve our customer relationship
• Set up automated flows for the most important triggers in the CRM system.

Customer Journey Research focus:

• In this role you will work together with our Ecommerce Manager
• Analyse and determine pain points in the customer journey based on qualitative data from reviews and feedback systems (hotjar, Customer Service)
• Validate problems with in-depth customer interviews
• Determine improvements for product content, filters and navigation on the site based on pain points discovered
