As Lepaya is growing, we are expanding our team at a fast pace. We\u2019re looking for a People & Recruitment Intern to join the team who is eager to support us in recruitment, People operations and People projects to build an even stronger team. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain insights into the full employee cycle and to make an impact on how the Lepaya team will look like in the future.<\/p>\n

Specifically, what we would expect you to deliver during your internship?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Taking charge of all intern recruitment;<\/li>\n
  • Supporting in recruitment of full-timers, e.g. through sourcing candidates and conducting first introductory calls;<\/li>\n
  • Supporting in People operations;<\/li>\n
  • Working on projects on our road map to implement new People structures and processes within Lepaya;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 In an ideal world, who would you be?<\/h3>\n

    • You have a passion for people and recruitment;<\/li>\n
    • You have outstanding communication skills;<\/li>\n
    • You are proactive and independent in your work;<\/li>\n
    • You are analytical and result-driven;<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in English;<\/li>\n
    • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s program;<\/li>\n
    • You are available from February on;<\/li>\n
    • You are available for 5 months;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • You have previous experience in working in a start-up\/scale-up environment;<\/li>\n
      • You have a background in (Organizational) Psychology, Human Resource studies, or similar fields;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
