Why do we need you?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

You will be an integral part of our Product Development team. On a typical day  you will be working side-by-side with the Product Owners, assisting them in a variety of ways. Your responsibilities include analyzing the performance of our released features and extracting useful insights from them. Next to this, you are assisting the Product Owners in deciding what to build next. For this you will conduct analyses and interviews with learners and clients. And, you will get the chance to share with the rest of the company all the amazing things we are developing in the Product Team through demo\u2019s and our weekly company all-hands.<\/p>\n

Finally, doing your internship at Lepaya gives you the opportunity to really gain hands-on experience about different aspects related to Product Development. And of course, we are here to help you make your internship a great period of development experience!<\/p>\n

Specifically, what we would expect you to deliver during your internship?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Support the Product Owners in analyzing the performance of our released features;<\/li>\n
  • Help Product Owners decide what is the best thing to build next by doing analyses and user interviews;<\/li>\n
  • Assist in telling the story by translating your insights into compelling and beautiful slides;<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that the entire company is up-to-date on what the Product Team is developing;<\/li>\n
  • Overall assistance to Product Owner;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 In an ideal world, who would you be?<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • You have a passion for product development and want to learn more about it;<\/li>\n
    • You are independent in your work, and a team player;<\/li>\n
    • You are analytical and data-driven;<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus;<\/li>\n
    • You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program;<\/li>\n
    • You are available for 5 months;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Previous experience in working in a start-up\/scale-up environment;<\/li>\n
      • We are open to interns from all studies;<\/li>\n
