👇 Why do we need you?<\/h3>\n

We are in need of design talent to join our current designer in facilitating all design needs for the marketing, sales and the learning team. We are a fast growing company with a broad range of design needs. As a design team you are the gatekeeper for making sure all external communication is Lepaya approved. You will be part of the design team based in marketing reporting to the Head of Marketing. Besides that you\u2019re a part of the design chapter where all designers at Lepaya gather to share experiences and ideas (UX designers, UI designers, graphic designers and animation designers).<\/p>\n

Specifically, what we would expect you to deliver over the next 6-12 months? <\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Contribute to the rebranding of Lepaya<\/li>\n
  • Create beautiful designs of all types of assets in new Lepaya branding:<\/li>\n
  • Web illustrations<\/li>\n
  • Presentations<\/li>\n
  • Newsletters<\/li>\n
  • Social media posts<\/li>\n
  • Animations<\/li>\n
  • Video elements [intro, labels]<\/li>\n
  • Frameworks<\/li>\n
  • Module images<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 In an ideal world, who would you be?<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Design is your passion. You are ambitious and curious, always eager to learn,  enthusiastic and results-oriented;<\/li>\n
    • You have excellent communication and planning skills;<\/li>\n
    • Not to brag, but you have a stellar portfolio to share;<\/li>\n
    • You know your way around tools like and Adobe software: Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects;<\/li>\n
    • Some experience with video-editing, animation and front-end is a plus;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A design education in progress OR simply possess great design skills.<\/p>\n
