Together with your operations team you will make sure that our training programs and our external communications are running smoothly. Your responsibility will be the perfect execution of our training courses and helping to engage our trainer community. We need you to communicate in a crystal-clear and fun manner with our learners and trainers; and we need your organizational talent for our (online) learning programs. Do you keep calm in the eye of a storm and completing urgent tasks brings out the best in you? We welcome you with open arms!<\/p>\n

Specifically, what would we expect you to deliver over the course of your internship? <\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Ensuring spot on communications towards our learners;<\/li>\n
  • Preparing our lovely trainers for their training sessions;<\/li>\n
  • Preparing and hosting our monthly trainer community events;<\/li>\n
  • Creating fun and engaging content for our trainer community on LinkedIn;<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the trainer recruitment process by running the process, sending information and preparing & hosting assessment rounds;<\/li>\n
  • Taking on responsibility for your projects;<\/li>\n
  • Proactive problem-solving;<\/li>\n
  • Co-facilitation of our hard & soft skill training sessions;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 In an ideal world, who would you be?<\/h3>\n

    • You have excellent communication skills;<\/li>\n
    • You are proactive, flexible and result-oriented;<\/li>\n
    • You have an eye for detail and perfectionism is what you strive for;<\/li>\n
    • You love juggling multiple tasks and do not easily get bored;<\/li>\n
    • You take initiative and speak up when you see room for process improvements;<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in English, Dutch is a great plus;<\/li>\n
    • You are currently enrolled in HBO or WO studies;<\/li>\n
    • You are available for a period of 5 months;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
