  • Research and develop new learning interventions based on our clients’ needs, training results and L&D trends <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Discuss with learners about their experiences with the training programs <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze collected data and translate it into valid interventions <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Improve operational efficiency by looking for procedural and process changes <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze best practices and the impact of the Lepaya learning experience<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Ability to bring ideas to life and take ownership in this <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to work analytically and result-driven <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent writing skills <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in the field of Educational Sciences, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communication Sciences or (Organizational) Psychology <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Fluency in Dutch & English <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Availability to start immediately and for 6 months<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
