💢 What you will contribute to our brand and offer<\/h3>\n

As a business development and marketing intern, you\u2019ll be you will be given impactful project-based assignments that directly align with our business objectives. You will work on the development and execution of marketing and sales activities that will allow ONE HUNDRED to become more visible and distinctive to our target markets. Also, you will help us in developing processes and workflows that make our lives and the lives of our customers and co-workers easier and more fun. Your decisions, analysis and work will directly impact what we do on a day-to-day basis.<\/p>\n

💼 Position goals & objectives<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Work in conjunction the Brand team and Business Development team on different projects<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate, document, and maintain processes to include but not limited to (online) marketing, sales, human resources, sustainability, customer guidance<\/li>\n
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the needs and objectives of projects are met<\/li>\n
  • Assist in the development of smart\/digital tools and assist with data or trend analysis as needed<\/li>\n
  • Navigate company software systems to ensure project orders and other information is correct and kept up to date<\/li>\n
  • Create highly engaging online content to strengthen the connection between the brand and its (potential) users and employees<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate to boost online presence and brand awareness, including company website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ✅ Your skills<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (Marketing, International Business etc.)<\/li>\n
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software applications<\/li>\n
    • Strong written, verbal, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to understand new technologies and skills<\/li>\n
    • Enthusiastic to work hard in a growing company<\/li>\n
    • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable achieving maximum results with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
    • Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities<\/li>\n
    • Communication \u2013 outstanding written and verbal ability to communicate in English<\/li>\n
    • Proactively seek out new learning opportunities<\/li>\n
    • Flexibility to perform a variety of different types & levels of work<\/li>\n
    • Present strong, fact-based points of view<\/li>\n
    • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities<\/li>\n
