💼 The role<\/h3>\n

Our Social Media Internship combines several exciting aspects. You will get to know the medtech industry deeply, while assisting in daily Social Media management. Today our remote service is used in over 30 countries and more then 320 hospitals worldwide, improving peoples life everyday.<\/p>\n

You will gain expertise and insights in the industry, while working alongside a fun spirited and dedicated multicultural team. We are also open to a graduation assignment or thesis that you have to do in order to graduate. In that case we will find an interesting subject together!<\/p>\n

🏢 Who are we?<\/h3>\n

Our journey started back in 2017 when we began developing concepts for our remote surgical assistance solution.<\/p>\n

After fifteen years of medical device sales experience, we\u2019d seen firsthand the growing need for remote assistance in the operating room.<\/p>\n

Our aim was, and still is, to connect medical professionals globally: to ensure everyone has access to the best medical skills, expertise, and advice \u2013 no matter where they are.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s what continues to drive us today.<\/p>\n

Our technology enables medtech experts, assisting surgeons, medical students, and other healthcare professionals to see and communicate with surgeons working in any OR, anywhere in the world \u2013 in real-time.<\/p>\n

✅ You will<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Edit and manage weekly content across our Social Media channels.<\/li>\n
  • Capture online content and compile Social Media reports.<\/li>\n
  • Review the various channels and uniform messaging and @handles.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and recommend the hashtags with highest impact on each platform.<\/li>\n
  • Help create and propose artwork for posts with canva.com.<\/li>\n
  • Create a social media calendar proposing a mix of content between product-, industry leaders (Surgeons)- and social (team, special days, etc)- content.<\/li>\n
  • Explore and implement a social media automation tool (Like social bakers).<\/li>\n
  • Proactively manage the community by replying to comments\/inquiries on the various channels as well as monitoring daily interactions to encourage audience engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🤩 This is you<\/h3>\n

    • You speak and write English at a native or close to native level.<\/li>\n
    • You have a strong interest in Social Media.<\/li>\n
    • You are able to provide an Internship Agreement for a minimum of 6 months.<\/li>\n
    • You are highly organized and can multitask.<\/li>\n
    • You work independently and to tight deadlines.<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re a self-starter. We don\u2019t expect you to know everything straight away but value your ability to learn.<\/li>\n
    • You have excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
