\ud83c\udfaf About the Internship<\/h3>\n

We’re focusing more on spreading positivity through content and social media. Imagine sharing inspiring stories of professionals donating their skills, highlighting successful connections, and celebrating our startup’s milestones. You’ll work closely with our Senior Content Marketer, Lou, to create behind-the-scenes content that feels good and is wrapped in a fun, creative package. Help us inspire thousands to contribute their skills and make a difference.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd0d What You’ll Do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Managing the content calendar with Lou to plan out our content across platforms like Instagram (6K followers), Facebook, and LinkedIn (5K followers).<\/li>\n
  • Creating visually appealing, shareable posts\u2014whether it’s a Reel, a story survey, an Instagram slider, or a LinkedIn video.<\/li>\n
  • Diving into email marketing to connect professionals with the right projects, using our extensive database.<\/li>\n
  • Crafting brand awareness campaigns for maximum impact, like our second-hand LEGO block initiative or launching the Day Against Gas with the team of New Gevers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Independent and creative, with the ability to take charge and handle responsibilities.<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in German\u2014understanding the culture is a big plus.<\/li>\n
    • A self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative.<\/li>\n
    • Skilled in writing and communicating effectively in German.<\/li>\n
    • Honest, open, and receptive to giving and receiving feedback.<\/li>\n
    • Full of creative ideas for ads, social media, or events.<\/li>\n
    • Plus: Experience with social media or marketing teams.<\/li>\n
    • Double Plus: Portfolio of previous work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
