Processes that ran the same way for years are being redesigned. Systems that operated in silos become one ecosystem. Tasks that people perform daily are handed to agents that never stop.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing is sacred. Existing systems get replaced when something better exists. Existing automation gets integrated into a larger ecosystem. Everything is weighed against one question: does it work, does it scale and does it fit the architecture?<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\ude80 The Role<\/h3>\n<p>You are in the driver&#8217;s seat.<\/p>\n<p>This is not an execution role within a fixed framework. You help shape the architecture itself \u2014 and you have real influence over it. Which systems we use, how the infrastructure is designed, which agents get built and how they work together: these are your questions to answer.<\/p>\n<p>The organization provides process knowledge. You translate that into a foundation that runs: built LLM-agnostic, combining best-of-breed software with custom-built solutions where needed, agents and sub-agents per discipline, and naming conventions and structures that are repeatable for every new entity or acquisition.<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f What You Will Work On<\/h3>\n<p>In the first three months, you will focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mapping existing structures, repositories and systems and consolidating them into one consistent architecture<\/li>\n<li>Setting up knowledge infrastructure: databases, APIs, routing and naming conventions \u2014 LLM-agnostic and scalable<\/li>\n<li>Integrating existing automations into the broader ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Building the first agents to production quality and documenting the build pattern so every next discipline moves faster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After that, you will work on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expanding across all disciplines \u2014 Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and Sales<\/li>\n<li>Building in international scalability \u2014 new entities and acquisitions run on the same foundation<\/li>\n<li>Integrating best-of-breed software and building custom solutions where the market falls short<\/li>\n<li>Bringing the organization along in what gets built and why<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\ud83d\udcbb The Stack<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>AI layer: Claude by Anthropic \u2014 but built LLM-agnostic so we are not locked into one provider<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge infrastructure: Git, SharePoint GROUP and structured context\/, memory\/ and agents\/ architecture<\/li>\n<li>Orchestration via MCP: Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Notion, Figma, Linear, Microsoft 365 and more<\/li>\n<li>Databases and APIs: exposing operational data to the agent layer<\/li>\n<li>Best-of-breed and own build: the best tool wins, not the most familiar one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\ud83e\udde0 Who You Are<\/h3>\n<p>You are technically grounded, a strong communicator and entrepreneurial by nature.<\/p>\n<p>You think in systems and architecture. You understand how data flows, what an API does and how to instruct an agent.
