\ud83d\udc65 HR Recruitment Internship at the R&S Team<\/h3>\n

As an HR Recruitment Intern, you\u2019ll actively help find the right candidates for direct placement at Manpower\u2019s clients. You\u2019ll be paired with a dedicated buddy to coach and guide you throughout your internship. There’s even a commercial twist\u2014think client contact and recruitment strategy discussions.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcdd What will you be doing?<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Actively sourcing and reaching out to candidates (including cold acquisition)<\/li>\n
  • Screening candidates and conducting intake interviews<\/li>\n
  • Writing and sending candidate proposals to clients<\/li>\n
  • Being the point of contact for clients and discussing recruitment strategies with them<\/li>\n
  • Visiting clients (optional)<\/li>\n
  • Carrying out administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \ud83d\udd0d What they’re looking for<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • You’re currently pursuing a HBO\/WO degree in HR, Business, Commercial Economics or a related field<\/li>\n
    • Available for 40 hours per week<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re commercially minded and motivated by targets<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re a strong communicator and enjoy working with people<\/li>\n
    • Available to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Diemen or Utrecht<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
