\ud83c\udf93 Internship Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (M\/F\/X)<\/h3>\n

Do you want to contribute to initiatives that drive real cultural impact? As a DEI intern, you will be part of a small, passionate team working on NN\u2019s DEI strategy both in the Netherlands and internationally. You’ll support internal networks such as NN Pride, NN Women in Leadership and NN Young Professionals, while helping to raise awareness, create engaging content, and contribute to building a more inclusive organisation.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f What will you be doing?<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Contributing to the execution of NN\u2019s DEI strategy and initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Supporting internal communication and awareness campaigns<\/li>\n
  • Creating visual materials such as infographics, presentations and videos<\/li>\n
  • Researching and analysing DEI data and summarising key insights<\/li>\n
  • Using MS Office tools to create project plans, manage spreadsheets and presentations<\/li>\n
  • Supporting NN DEI employee networks across various topics<\/li>\n
  • Assisting with ad-hoc DEI-related projects and internal processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \ud83e\udde0 What do you bring?<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • You are currently studying at a university (or university of applied sciences)<\/li>\n
    • You have a strong command of English and good writing skills<\/li>\n
    • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n
    • You have a proactive attitude and show initiative<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re creative and able to create branded PowerPoints, visuals or short videos<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re flexible, well-organised and comfortable multitasking<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel<\/li>\n
    • You\u2019re available for a period of at least 6 months starting from July 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        You will be part of the DEI team, working closely with the DEI Lead and Specialist. You\u2019ll also collaborate with colleagues from Corporate Communications, Branding, HR, Culture & Affairs and external partners. Together, they are creating a workplace where care, pride and belonging are not just words, but core principles that shape how they work every day.<\/p>\n
