Join us for a 3 to 6-month internship program. You’ll have the choice between two pathways: Business Development or Candidate Sourcing. This internship is more than just work; it’s an opportunity to understand Harnham’s operations, contribute ideas, and make a tangible impact. Successful interns may also have the chance to transition into a full-time role, with opportunities for rapid progression within the company.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd0d What We Look For<\/h3>\n

  • Enrolled in the final year of an HBO\/WO degree.<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, with fluency in Dutch.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in a people-facing role is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Note: This is an experience-based internship and does not accommodate a research thesis.<\/p>\n
