As an intern at SkillLab, you will experience the dynamic culture of a technology start-up with a social mission. You’ll join an international team of passionate professionals from over 25 countries, working with clients across the globe. Collaborating closely with our lead data scientist and the Data Science team, you’ll help implement best practices in Responsible AI, guided by the EU AI Act, to enhance SkillLab\u2019s product development and deployment.<\/p>\n

  • Assist in researching best practices for developing a Responsible AI framework, guided by the EU AI Act.<\/li>\n
  • Support the implementation of the framework in SkillLab\u2019s product to ensure social consciousness and user impact.<\/li>\n
  • Document processes thoroughly to maintain transparency and improve future workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • You have a study background in Responsible AI and are familiar with the EU AI Act.<\/li>\n
    • You are skilled in Python, Git, and SQL, with experience in machine learning.<\/li>\n
    • You have a keen interest in explainability and transparency approaches to AI.<\/li>\n
    • You possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and can work well both independently and within a team.<\/li>\n
    • You are enthusiastic about socially impactful AI and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Experience deploying AI models.<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Responsible AI requirements outside the EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands (SkillLab does not support visa applications for applicants outside the EU).<\/li>\n
        • You are currently enrolled as a student or have graduated within the last 12 months.<\/li>\n
        • You can commit to a six-month, full-time (40 hours\/week) internship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
