\ud83c\udf93 Your Internship at Nationale-Nederlanden<\/h3>\n

During this internship, you will play a vital role in organizing events and meetings for our communities of professionals (guilds) and improving communication about these guilds across the organization. Collaborate with colleagues from various departments and contribute to enhancing the concept of professional communities within NN.<\/p>\n

Your main tasks include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Supporting guilds with communication, event organization, and related challenges<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining and improving the internal communication platform for guilds, as well as creating newsletters, articles, and testimonials<\/li>\n
  • Providing project support such as planning, organizing, and documenting meetings<\/li>\n
  • Collaborating with colleagues to further develop the communities of professionals (guilds)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \ud83d\udcdd What We Expect from You<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • You are in the final phase of your HBO\/WO education in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, HRM, or a similar field<\/li>\n
    • You are available approximately 4 days a week (36 hours per week) for 5-6 months<\/li>\n
    • You have a passion for events, HR, Learning & Development, communication, and\/or marketing<\/li>\n
    • You are communicative, proactive, independent, reliable, hands-on, and skilled in organizing<\/li>\n
    • You are proficient in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        You will be part of a small, friendly HR team and collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization. This includes guild leads, project team members, HR and communication professionals, and managers from various departments at NN. Together, you will work on exciting projects that contribute to the company\u2019s goals.<\/p>\n
