\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udcbb What You Will Do<\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll be part of the team working on NN\u2019s Design System called \u2018Matter\u2019. Matter includes all resources (design libraries, code component libraries) and documentation (principles, guidelines, patterns) our UX designers and software engineers use daily to work on our websites, portals, and apps.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude80 You Will:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Be involved in our internal design system community to help out fellow designers and gather user insights<\/li>\n
  • Research design system related topics, such as digital accessibility, best practices on design patterns or help out with user research<\/li>\n
  • Help out with co-creation sessions with other UX Designers and\/or our Brand team<\/li>\n
  • Creating scalable Figma components, and writing design guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Participate in the NN Design Guild, the place where our designers unite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You are a problem solver that is passionate about creating high-quality digital user experiences in a user-centered way. You love to collaborate with fellow UX designers, but also work closely together with our engineers. You are eager to learn and curious about new design trends, tools and technologies. You know how to work with Figma or other similar design tools and you are able to communicate your ideas in English. You can submit a portfolio with your job application.<\/p>\n

      The Design System team is a multidisciplinary product team including a Tech Lead, Software Engineer, and UX Designers (as well as ad-hoc support from an Agile Coach). It goes without saying we follow Agile methodologies and empowered product team principles. The atmosphere in the team is informal and international-friendly.
