To grow the company, we want to be reaching out to a lot more potential users in different audiences enabling more use case diversification and essentially driving occupancy of our fleets. To help achieve this positive outreach, we\u2019ve identified an exciting role for a highly motivated Operations Assistant Manager.<\/p>\n

🚀 Roles & responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Member of the Operations Team, currently consisting of 7 people (growing)<\/li>\n
  • The overall goal of Operations is to make sure that all bikes in the fleet function perfectly<\/li>\n
  • Your task is to coordinate all fleet managers in all our 9 cities where we currently operate. They need to be able to do their work properly with your help<\/li>\n
  • Develop ideas on how the fleet managers’ work process can be improved<\/li>\n
  • Directly reporting to the Operations manager<\/li>\n
  • Working together with different departments (Production, Marketing, Cities)<\/li>\n
  • Combination of practical (out-door) and office work<\/li>\n
  • Backing up fleet managers on their holidays<\/li>\n
  • Manage and overview own tasks<\/li>\n
  • Freedom to determine your own tasks and how these should be executed<\/li>\n
  • From time to time, visit operating cities (abroad) to implement and improve operational processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Up for exploring new cities and enjoying a work trip from time to time<\/li>\n
    • Have good communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 4 days a week available<\/li>\n
    • Work experience (side jobs\/projects count as well)<\/li>\n
    • Having a background in mobility is a plus, but don\u2019t hesitate to apply if you have a different background and feel you can contribute.<\/li>\n
    • Speak Dutch and English, German is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
