Working alongside our management team, you&#8217;ll support the growth of our German platform &#x1f1e9;&#x1f1ea;. This includes onboarding new non-profits, assisting volunteers in finding the right projects, and supporting tasks such as copywriting. In short, it&#8217;s a hands-on role in expanding our social startup in Germany.<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f4aa; Your Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate directly with our management team for the local expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Onboard non-profits and help them find the right candidates for their projects.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to identify organizations that could benefit from our platform.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with support tasks, including copywriting, website improvement, and social media support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot to do and plenty of responsibility. You can try new things, discover your preferences, make mistakes, and, most importantly, learn from them.<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f440; What We&#8217;re Looking for in a New Colleague<\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking someone who is a problem-solver, detail-oriented, creative, and driven. In addition, you should be a real go-getter and be proactive.<\/p>\n<p>What we expect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Native German speaker (German nationality to understand the culture).<\/li>\n<li>Good proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).<\/li>\n<li>A committed, friendly team player with a hands-on mentality.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and the ability to work accurately and systematically.<\/li>\n<li>Quick learning with different (online) programs and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bonus: Business-focused study (knowledge of Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Research &amp; Validation, etc.).<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f4bc; What You&#8217;ll Get<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>&#x1f4b5; A fair compensation of \u20ac11.62 per hour.<\/li>\n<li>&#x1f331; A job with real impact.
