You\u2019ll join the People & Culture Team, known as the heart 💙 of blackbear. Our small but ambitious team is a strategic partner that empowers our pack by creating a safe and engaging company culture. It’s\u00a0our mission to create an awesome environment for our current and future employees, or bears as we like to call them.<\/p>\n

You will work directly alongside our Head of People & Culture, Aniek and our People Business Partner, Caroline, who will teach you all there is to know about People (HR), building a culture, and empowering our pack.<\/p>\n

We are a fast-growing organisation and our team constantly innovates, optimises and finetunes all people-related processes, making our team a very dynamic, challenging, but mostly fun environment to develop yourself in.<\/p>\n

<\/em>In addition you will:<\/p>\n

  • Be a first point of contact; our bears always know where to find you.<\/li>\n
  • Help us in creating a great working environment by constantly optimising it.<\/li>\n
  • Experience all parts of People Administration.<\/li>\n
  • Support us in recruitment.<\/li>\n
  • Assisting in improving and implementing employment policies and processes.<\/li>\n
  • Working on continuously improving the onboarding- and offboarding flows.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the employee experience by working on projects that truly interest you (How about continuing to build our culture, or expand on our employer branding? The possibilities are endless).<\/li>\n
  • You facilitate, empower, and collaborate with our bears to organise the best events.<\/li>\n
  • Office Management; you are in charge to ensure everything is managed and runs smoothly together with the other interns.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting other departments such as Community Management and Marketing with sourcing and employer branding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🤩 What you\u2019ll bring<\/h3>\n

    Aside from the blackbear mindset we need you to bring the following skills and knowledge to strengthen our pack:<\/p>\n

    • You are currently studying Business, HRM, Schroevers, Hospitality Management or similar studies, at least at hbo level.<\/li>\n
    • You are service-oriented and naturally connect with people.<\/li>\n
    • You have basic knowledge about People\/HR, and some previous working experience in People\/HR is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • You have a true interest in People\/HR.<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • You are located in The Netherlands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We have many goals and ambitions in the People team and always have a lot of projects running simultaneously. For us, it\u2019s important that you can participate in those projects that interest you; it is up to you to make your internship awesome!<\/p>\n

      You will start together with several other interns. We truly value our interns at blackbear, we work with passion towards our goals and you are key in reaching those.<\/p>\n

      You will receive an internship compensation of 400 EUR based on a full-time internship, paid vacation days, and a work laptop. Our team will guide you and make sure you learn all you can during your internship.<\/p>\n

      Together with your assigned mentor you can decide on your learning objectives and work on your school-related projects.<\/p>\n
