Zivver is growing rapidly, as many customers start using Zivver every day. <\/span>As a Customer Success Intern, most of your work is dedicated to supporting the implementation team in this hyper-growth stage. <\/span>This support consists of a combination of short-term activities (providing training to end-users and designing customized instruction materials for new product functionalities) and strategic initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. <\/span>You will learn a lot about building customer relationships, software implementations, and how a B2B technology scale-up business is organized. <\/span>You will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, who are happy to support your personal growth and share their knowledge and experience in project management and software implementations with you.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      • You are a current student or recent graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Starting date: September 2023 (exact date can be discussed);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • 5 or 6 month internship;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • You are located in the Netherlands and able to work from our Amsterdam office for 2 days a week.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
