🤩 Your mission<\/h3>\n

As our Intern at the People and Culture (P&C) department, your main responsibility will be to support the People and Culture department in activities relating to the entire employee cycle.<\/p>\n

🚀 What you’ll be doing<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • You will support the P&C department with activities relating to the entire employee cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding employees;<\/li>\n
  • Furthermore, you will be involved in the recruitment process of our hourly workers, which means you’ll learn a lot about our daily operations at uButler;<\/li>\n
  • You will learn all ins and outs of our HR system (Personio);<\/li>\n
  • You will be part of the People and Culture department, which consists of the Head of People, an HR admin, and you. Of course, you will also closely collaborate with various departments in the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 What we’re looking for<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • You are in your final year of your HBO or Master studies relating HR, Psychology, or any other relevant study;<\/li>\n
    • You want to be involved in various aspects of the employee cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract creation, offboarding and more;<\/li>\n
    • You are social, have a positive mindset, are eager to learn, can handle confidential information professionally, and also like to learn by doing;<\/li>\n
    • You like to have an impact, are driven to contribute to success and fit in at a rapidly growing, informal, modern organisation, and can handle a significant amount of responsibility;<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in Dutch and English and live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area;<\/li>\n
    • You are available to be in our office in Amsterdam for 32 – 40 hours a week for approximately 4-6 months starting in February<\/span>. Please be aware that for this position working from home is not an option;<\/li>\n
    • As we really want to actively involve you in all the People & Culture aspects, unfortunately, it is not possible to do research as part of this internship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
