We are looking for an operations management intern to join us in February to help us achieve this goal. Also, we are open to graduate projects. So if you need to do a research to graduate, we can help you with that!<\/p>\n

🤩 The Challenge<\/h3>\n

  • Work closely together with our Operations Manager.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in daily operations management tasks to ensure a great employee experience.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in organizing events and activities for your colleagues.<\/li>\n
  • You will assist our managing directors: arrange meetings, update and organize extremely busy agendas and prepare materials for executive appointments.<\/li>\n
  • Lead a project to improve our office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 Job requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • You are currently following a relevant study (for example, facility management), and you are in your second or third year.<\/li>\n
    • You breathe hospitality.<\/li>\n
    • You like to organize events.<\/li>\n
    • You like to share ideas on how to make the office even better.<\/li>\n
    • You feel comfortable picking up the phone.<\/li>\n
    • You don’t mind doing practical tasks.<\/li>\n
    • You are comfortable working in an international environment.<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
