🤩 The Challenge<\/h3>\n

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Intern to join our small and ambitious HR & Recruitment team. As an HR & Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn areas of diverse HR-related topics, such as People & Culture like Talent Acquisition, performance management, payroll process for multiple countries, data tracking, as well as assist with employee training & development and retention activities.<\/p>\n

In our awesome HR Team, you will also have the opportunity to support sustainable employability, employee satisfaction, labor law issues, job classification, and setting up a culture program.<\/p>\n

Do you like to have a lot of responsibility? Next to HR, you will also be focusing on Recruitment.  You will conduct intake interviews, draft vacancies, and proactively search for the right candidates. You make an essential contribution to the organization by tackling your responsibilities with both hands.<\/p>\n

The internship involves the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  • Assist with HR administration and employee files;<\/li>\n
  • Support People & Culture administrators with payroll processes<\/li>\n
  • Creating, updating, and coordinating candidate pipeline in preparation for interview dates<\/li>\n
  • Plans and schedules interviews with candidates<\/li>\n
  • Prepares the offer letter package and distributes it to the candidate with all pre-employment paperwork<\/li>\n
  • Onboarding program<\/li>\n
  • People and Culture projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • You are following an education of minimum HBO level – in the direction of Human Resource Management or having HR-related courses<\/li>\n
    • You are empathic and connect easily with people<\/li>\n

    • You are highly adaptable to new environments, with a natural ability to embrace learning and develop through experience<\/li>\n
    • You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid of a lot of responsibility<\/li>\n
    • You are a talented organizer and always think in terms of solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
