🏆 The Challenge<\/h3>\n

What your days will look like as a Payments Recruitment Intern at PaymentGenes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • You assist FinTech and payment organizations in building their teams, ranging from commercial, product, and project to IT positions.<\/li>\n
  • You are the candidates’ first person of contact. You propose candidates to partners and assist the candidates during the first phase of the recruitment process:<\/li>\n
  • You source candidates through networking, advertising, and searching.<\/li>\n
  • You screen and interview candidates to match them to client vacancies.<\/li>\n
  • You prepare candidates for interviews<\/li>\n
  • You will be working with several Partnerships Managers, focusing on the candidate\u2019s side of the recruitment process.<\/li>\n
  • You join meetings or phone calls with clients to ensure you know the working environment and all the ins and outs of the position.<\/li>\n
  • You build a relationship with your network, make sure they trust you, and that you\u2019re the to-go-to person.<\/li>\n
  • Support our HR Manager with some office-related tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You are an inherently enthusiastic person!! With your commercial mindset, you enjoy being in touch with people and dare to ask questions. You take responsibility for your projects and tasks and always make sure you deliver the results in time. For this internship, it\u2019s important you match the profile below:<\/p>\n

    • You are available for 4 to 6 months<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in English and have excellent writing and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • You are available for 32 – 40 hours per week<\/li>\n
    • You are based in Amsterdam or nearby<\/li>\n
    • You are eager to learn and understand all aspects of the recruitment process<\/li>\n
    • You are a natural relationship maintainer, and you have empathic abilities<\/li>\n
    • You are self-motivated and always walk that extra mile<\/li>\n
    • Team player and values a good relationship with your colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
