💢 What you will contribute to our brand and offer<\/h3>\n

As an operations management intern, you\u2019ll be supporting our COO with all activities regarding the onboarding of locations and the operation of the ONE HUNDRED concept. You will assist on the behind the scenes work to support in completing various internal and external projects. Your decisions, analysis and work will directly impact what we do on a day-to-day basis.<\/p>\n

💼 Position goals & objectives<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Work in conjunction COO in the administrative support and monitoring of projects<\/li>\n
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure the needs and objectives of projects are met<\/li>\n
  • Set up and attend meetings, take meeting minutes and help in writing and updating status reports<\/li>\n
  • Solicit subcontractor and\/or supplier quotations and place orders<\/li>\n
  • Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs, and determine the reason for any discrepancies<\/li>\n
  • Assist in the development of multi-lingual manuals, operational processes and tools<\/li>\n
  • Assist in the development of data platform and assist with data or trend analysis as needed<\/li>\n
  • Navigate company software systems to ensure project orders and other information is correct and kept up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential<\/li>\n
    • Strong written, verbal, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Enthusiastic to work hard in a growing company<\/li>\n
    • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable achieving maximum results with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently, detail oriented, and execution focused<\/li>\n
    • Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities<\/li>\n
    • Communication \u2013 outstanding written and verbal ability to communicate in English<\/li>\n
    • Proactively seek out new learning opportunities<\/li>\n
    • Flexibility to perform a variety of different types & levels of work<\/li>\n
    • Present strong, fact-based points of view<\/li>\n
    • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities<\/li>\n
