You\u2019ll be part of an ambitious, mission-driven team that\u2019s changing the way the world gets work done. Through your work, you will have a direct impact on the way leading organisations collaborate with a network of over 12,000 working professionals, driving innovation and growth across the globe.<\/p>\n

As an intern, you become part of a dedicated team determined to achieve our ambitious goals. Together with interns in other departments, you will play a significant role in achieving these objectives.<\/p>\n

We balance our ambitious goals with a pleasant working atmosphere. The average age at blackbear is 28 years old. We\u2019re a young team with lots of talent that balances working hard to reach our goals with fun times. <\/p>\n

Your internship is customizable; we believe it’s important to focus on what you want to develop, so you’ll align personal learning goals with your own blackbear mentor. We are very experienced in guiding and training interns in blackbear. We believe in helping you to take the step from being a student to being ready for the “real world”.
