🛠 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Code Playground!)

As our Software Engineering Intern, you’ll be part of an agile team and contribute directly to our product:

• Build & improve features: Contribute to designing, developing, testing, and deploying software for the BridgeFund platform.
• Write quality code: Craft clean, maintainable, and testable code (e.g., in Java, Python, TypeScript – depending on the team you join).
• Collaborate & learn: Participate actively in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and agile ceremonies like sprints and stand-ups.
• Solve technical puzzles: Help troubleshoot, debug issues, and find smart solutions to technical challenges.
• Explore our tech stack: Learn about our software architecture, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and development practices.
• Work with a purpose: Partner closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and designers to bring innovative ideas to life.

👤 Who We’re Looking For (Your Profile)

• You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• You have a solid understanding of software development fundamentals (like data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming).
• You have some hands-on programming experience – whether from studies, projects, or previous internships (tell us what languages you know!).
• You’re a logical thinker and genuinely enjoy solving complex problems.
• You’re hungry to learn new technologies and best practices in software development.
• Any experience with Git, testing frameworks, or cloud platforms (like AWS/GCP/Azure) is a nice bonus!
• You can communicate your findings clearly (our company language is Dutch, but the data/tech teams often work in English too – strong English is needed).
• You’re a proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
